A Strategic Project in a Complex Context: The Value of the InTech Method

InTech has recently completed a particularly significant project, managing the relationship directly with the end customer in a country with a high level of operational complexity. The unique conditions of the host country required an approach that deviated from our standard procedures with Sidel.

This project once again confirms our ability to adapt to different contexts while consistently maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Direct Management with Ongoing Support

While Sidel maintained a constant presence throughout the installation and commissioning phases, through its representatives and Project Managers, the full contractual and financial responsibility was entrusted to InTech well coordinate by our Project Manager.

This direct agreement with the end customer further highlighted the trust placed in our operational and project management capabilities.

A Compact Line, Executed with Maximum Efficiency

The line installed is designed for the production of a local cola, with a throughput of 27,000 bottles per hour, across three formats: 0.5L – 1L – 1.5L.

The intervention was structured in two main phases:

• Mechanical and electrical installation, completed in approximately one month by our supervisor team and local manpowers

This required precise coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage each phase independently and efficiently.

A Well-Structured and Functional Logistics Setup

The client provided all necessary equipment for lifting and handling operations, including cranes and forklifts, allowing our team to focus exclusively on the technical execution, maximizing efficiency in terms of both time and resources.

The entire intervention, including logistics coordination, was managed by our Tunisian branch, once again demonstrating the strength and reliability of our international network.
