We have completed an important project, successfully accomplished thanks to our expertise and the efficient collaboration of the Sural team in Turkey.
The project, which took 3 months of work, was completed within the timeframe agreed upon with the client.
During the installation phase, our team expertly managed every operational phase, handling the resources employed and ensuring accurate control and optimal supervision. Under the expert guidance of our site manager and supervisors, the teams were directed with precision, ensuring that every detail was carefully attended to.
The installation team was composed of:
1 ISM (Installation Site Manager)
3 Mechanical Supervisors
2 Electrical Supervisors
For commissioning:
1 ISM
2 Mechanical Supervisors
5 Electronic Supervisors
For the handling of heavy machinery and installation, we used:
1 crane
1 forklift with a 7-ton capacity
2 forklifts with a 3-ton capacity
The work began with unpacking the machinery, followed by moving the machines and marking out the internal layout of the line. Each machine was positioned with precision. Next, the entire production line was installed, followed by the electrical wiring. We then started up the individual machines, completing the interconnections between the various units.
We then moved on to the second phase, the commissioning, to ensure the full efficiency of the plant.
