We at InTech frown at the word “almost”, when it refers to installations and production lines.

Indeed, for a company owning an F&B production line, the installation is expected to run at optimum speed: what's needed and wanted is good ROI, not an “almost good” one.

A line which is “almost” functioning isn’t working properly. Period.

Thus we use the words “in progress” and “done”: and when it’s done, it’s done; there is no room for an “almost done”.
